Appointment Policy

We are equipped to handle all of your veterinary needs and will accommodate all walk in clients; however, appointments made in advance are greatly appreciated. All Emergency cases will receive top priority followed by previously scheduled appointments.

If you are unable to make your appointment, a 24 hrs notice is greatly appreciated, especially on surgery days, where there is limited availability.

If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork for your pet(s). You can however, download the new client form and fill it out prior to your appointment.

Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, please keep your dogs on a leash at all times while in the waiting area or the exam room.

All cats must be in a pet carrier or on a leash.


Payment Policy

El Cid Animal Clinic requires full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, Care Credit and cash.
