Raised in Puerto Rico and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo as a veterinary technician, Melanie came to Florida seeking a better life after hurricane Maria. With a special interest in large animals, she is continuing her studies in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Equines. She enjoys puppy kisses and rubbing our patient’s bellies.
